I’m Coach Collins and I’m here to guide you through this dynamic 16-week Kettlebell (KB) Program. The unique shape of the Kettlebell challenges the whole body as the hand, arm, shoulder and core region controls the displacement of weight and counteraction of muscles with each movement.
Kettlebell exercises progress from single static, isolated movements to more dynamic functional drills and double KB exercises – excellent for improving athletic performance and increasing ones overall strength and power. With this in mind, I have developed the 4-Phase Kettlebell Training System™ to provide you with a method of progressive development training for the whole body using kettlebells through a 16-week Training Program. The major benefit is that this system helps steer you through essential foundational kettlebell exercises, key movements and swing patterns prior to undertaking more complex power drills using one or two kettlebells.
This Kettlebell workout is part of a series of workouts designed to support your favourite exercise products and fitness pursuits by making exercise easy to understand and implement – showing you what to do and how to do it in simple terms for a better learning experience and greater results – ensuring you are guided all the way! Hence my motto: “Fitness Made Easy™”
Thus, there’s no glamour, glitz or make-up here – plus we keep our shirts on! Instead this is all about learning and coaching, not who is the best or which products is better. This idea is to learn the basics and build from there and with this comes the understanding of what true fitness is all about.
